We are looking to recruit a Pastoral and Safeguarding Support Officer. This role focuses on supporting students’ wellbeing, safety, and personal development within a nurturing school environment. The Pastoral and Safeguarding Support Officer works closely with students to provide guidance, early intervention, and encouragement to help them thrive academically.
As our Pastoral and Safeguarding Support Officer, you will be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with students, parents, external agencies and Local Authority. You will have the ability to motivate and encourage pupils that you work with and be ready to develop your knowledge of the particular needs of the child.
