Are you a creative, resilient, courageous teacher, who is passionate about changing the lives of young people and inspiring students within a unique small school?
Are you looking for an exciting new challenge?
We are seeking to appoint an excellent teacher with enthusiasm, resilience and a commitment to impact positively to make a lasting difference to the students at Ormiston Park Academy.
Ormiston Park is a growing 11-16 Academy. Our vision of ‘Believe and Achieve’ underpins all aspects of academy life in our impressive, well-resourced, buildings and grounds. You will join a caring and committed body of staff and enjoy working with friendly and enthusiastic students of whom we are extremely proud. You will play a vital role in providing the highest quality provision, impacting positively on outcomes for our students, ensuring aspirations become reality.
Our teachers have the
support and flexibility to plan and deliver a curriculum for individual and
small group learning, applying their individual specialist interests and
skills. Visits to other educational facilities make up an important part of our
curriculum. These may be to develop awareness, experience something new or
build knowledge and understanding around a relevant topic.
In return for your hard
work, you will receive fantastic support, CPD opportunities through the academy
and the wider Ormiston Academy Trust (OAT) network, a wealth of staff benefits, and the priceless
reward of knowing that you are truly making a difference.
OAT is one of the largest and longest standing trusts in the
school system and is guided by our founder, Peter Murray’s belief that every
child deserves the chance to thrive.
Our schools are located across a diverse range of
communities, each with its own unique character, strengths and challenges.
Joining the OAT family means embracing a community that values collaboration,
professional growth, and the pursuit of excellence. We strive to provide an
exceptional working environment where all our staff can thrive and make a
meaningful difference in the lives of our pupils.
