Head of Religious Studies
Salary: MPS/UPS & TLR2b
We are seeking to appoint an
outstanding Head of Religious Studies (RS) who is enthusiastic, conscientious and
self-motivated to support our Director of Humanities.
This is an exciting and unique
opportunity for a high performing RS teacher to take a step into the role of
Head of Department and lead on subject initiatives. The successful candidate will have a strong
track record in supporting and challenging colleagues through line management,
performance management, mentoring and coaching, along with the ability to build
effective working relationships with colleagues and staff. They will have
extensive proven teaching experience and a track record of leading pupils to
achieve exceptional results.
