The Role
As Assistant Headteacher for
Behaviour for Learning, you will lead our work to create and sustain a culture
of high standards, mutual respect, and inclusion. You will champion high
expectations, supporting students to foster the right approach to learning so
that every young person upholds exemplary behaviour and maintains a readiness
to learn as essential foundations for success.
This is a key leadership
role requiring vision, strategy, and an unwavering belief in the potential of
every student. Alongside leading on behaviour for learning, this role offers
the exciting opportunity to be involved in the restructuring of our current
pastoral team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping a structure that ensures
the needs of the school and its students are met, enabling them to thrive
academically and personally.
You will ensure consistency
across all aspects of behaviour management, work closely with staff, students,
and parents, and inspire the entire school community with your enthusiasm and
passion for education.
