Our Ideal candidate will have:

·       A proven track record of leading high-impact behaviour systems and contributing to whole-school improvement.

·       Strong understanding of behaviour data, with the ability to identify trends, direct interventions and evaluate their impact.

·       Experience implementing consistent behaviour and rewards policies, including sanctions, reconciliation processes and reasonable adjustments.

·       The ability to lead and develop pastoral teams, ensuring high-quality follow-up, communication and actions.

·       Excellent communication skills, able to work collaboratively with senior leaders, staff, parents, carers and external agencies.

·       Confidence and presence to model Academy values and maintain high expectations for conduct across the school.

·       Strategic thinking and the capacity to plan, review and refine behaviour interventions, support plans and inclusion strategies.

·       A commitment to safeguarding, wellbeing and maintaining a safe, calm and disruption-free learning environment.

·       A passion for character education and the ability to promote the values of Respect, Responsibility, Resilience, Aspiration and Equality through daily practice.

·       The professional integrity, resilience and determination to uphold a positive culture where all students can Dream, Believe and Succeed.
