candidate will have:

A proven track record of leading high-impact
behaviour systems and contributing to whole-school improvement.

Strong understanding of behaviour data, with the
ability to identify trends, direct interventions and evaluate their impact.

Experience implementing consistent behaviour and
rewards policies, including sanctions, reconciliation processes and reasonable
adjustments.
·
The ability to lead and develop pastoral teams,
ensuring high-quality follow-up, communication and actions.
·
Excellent communication skills, able to work
collaboratively with senior leaders, staff, parents, carers and external
agencies.
·
Confidence and presence to model Academy values
and maintain high expectations for conduct across the school.
·
Strategic thinking and the capacity to plan,
review and refine behaviour interventions, support plans and inclusion
strategies.

A commitment to safeguarding, wellbeing and
maintaining a safe, calm and disruption-free learning environment.
