South Staffordshire College is seeking an
enthusiastic and committed Early Years Practitioner to support, teach, and
assess apprentices working towards Level 3 Early Years Educator and L5 Lead
Practitioner Apprenticeship Standards.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a
successful Early Years team. The role involves delivering teaching across
Tamworth and Cannock campuses, conducting workplace reviews and observations,
and preparing apprentices for End Point Assessment.
Strong communication skills, teamwork, and the
ability to work independently are essential.
Applicants should hold a recognised teaching
qualification (PGCE or DTTLS) and an assessor qualification (A1 or equivalent),
with experience teaching at Level 3. Experience assessing in the workplace is
desirable. A full driving licence and willingness to travel are required.
Familiarity with Smart Assessor is an advantage; however, training can be
provided.
