Salary: £25,425.70 - £26,830.47 per annum/pro rata
£28,588.12 - £30,167.61 per annum/full time equivalent
Location: Role 1 - across Lichfield, Tamworth & Torc
Role 2 - across Cannock and Rodbaston

successful applicant will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check,
including barred list information, as this post is exempt from the
Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.

two enthusiastic Student Engagement Officers to lead an exciting programme of
enrichment, learner voice and engagement activities across our campuses. This
is a unique opportunity to create meaningful experiences that inspire learners,
strengthen their sense of belonging and support their personal development and
success.
About the Role
As a Student Engagement Officer, you
will play a key role in creating meaningful opportunities that enrich the
student experience.
You will coordinate and deliver a
diverse range of activities including enrichment programmes, competitions,
events, learner leadership initiatives, learner representative activities and
Duke of Edinburgh opportunities. You will work directly with learners to ensure
their voices are heard, using feedback and participation data to influence
positive change and continuously improve the learner experience.
No two days will be the same. One day
you could be supporting student leaders to shape college improvements, the next
organising a college-wide event, coordinating enrichment activities or
celebrating learner achievements.
About You
We are looking for creative, organised
and energetic individuals who are passionate about working with young people.
You will be confident building positive relationships, engaging learners and
creating opportunities that help them thrive.
You may have experience within
education, youth work, coaching, enrichment, community engagement, pastoral
support or a similar learner-focused environment. Most importantly, you will
share our commitment to helping every learner achieve their full potential.
