You must have a passion for working in challenging circumstances, in an area of high deprivation and be keen to improve the life chances of all the students.
We are very excited to offer this opportunity for a senior leader to come and join us. We are particularly looking for candidates who are ready to lead on one or two of the following key areas: quality of education-teaching & learning, curriculum development and raising attainment and achievement across all key stages. Candidates must be specialist teachers of maths as a key part of their role will be to support the head of maths in raising standards.
There will be a training programme to develop your knowledge and understanding of school leadership and coach you in the current research behind approaches to curriculum, pedagogy and behaviour, together with wider leadership development around managing workload for staff and change management.
This role offers an excellent career opportunity for a proven, successful middle leader who is ready to progress to a senior leadership role and continue their professional passion.
