About this Role

We are looking to appoint a permanent Senior Attendance Officer – Family Outreach Worker for 37  hours per week, on a Term Time basis to join our team at Liberty Academy in line with RISE programme.

The core focus of this job is to complement the professional work of teachers by taking responsibility for implementing the schools Attendance Policy and improving the attendance of students in line with RISE programme. Works with identified students and their parents / carers whose attendance is a barrier to their performance.  Responsible for recording, monitoring, evaluating and reporting on attendance data.

Job Details

Hours of Work: 37 Hours per Week, Term Time Only

Line Manager: Assistant Vice Principal

Travel Required: Driving License and requirement to travel is essential
