About this Role
The successful candidate be a champion of their subject area and driven to ensure progress in this area of school is sustained year on year.
· To work with the Head of Department, playing a key role in leading teaching, learning and outcomes across the subject.
· Stand in for the Head of Department if and when necessary, ensuring a consistency of high standards in this area of school.
· Be required to teach students from the age of 11 to 16 and across a number of ability levels.
