Our students come from all walks
of life, and we want our staffing body to be reflective of the communities we
work within. Brooke Weston Trust does not discriminate on the basis of race,
religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, nationality,
culture, age, disability, marital status or socio-economic backgrounds. We
encourage and welcome applications from minority groups and foster a work
environment that’s inclusive as well as diverse, where people can be
themselves.
Join Our
Team and Inspire a Love of English & Drama!
As a Teacher of English & Drama, you’ll
spark imagination and help students explore the power of language, literature,
and performance. Every day, you’ll deliver engaging lessons that bring stories,
characters, and ideas to life—whether analysing classic texts, crafting
original writing, or guiding students as they take to the stage.
You’ll empower young people to think
critically, communicate confidently, and express themselves creatively—skills
that will support them far beyond the classroom.
You’ll design stimulating schemes of work, use
innovative teaching approaches, and support learners of all abilities to
achieve success in both written and practical elements of the subject.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact and share your enthusiasm for English and the performing arts. If you’re ready to inspire, support, and shape the storytellers and performers of tomorrow, we’d love to hear from you!
