About this Role
The successful candidate will work closely with the Head
of Mathematics to support the strategic leadership and day-to-day management of
the department. This will include contributing to the development of a
high-quality, coherent curriculum across all key stages, supporting the
monitoring and evaluation of teaching and learning and helping to raise
standards of student achievement. A core part of the role will be to support,
challenge and develop colleagues, helping to sustain a culture of high
expectations and continuous improvement.
We are looking for a candidate who is an excellent
teacher of Mathematics with a strong track record of securing positive outcomes
for students. They will have the ability to inspire and motivate both students
and colleagues, demonstrate clear leadership potential and show a strong
commitment to their own professional development. The successful candidate will
have secure subject knowledge, a passion for curriculum and pedagogy, and a
collaborative approach, contributing positively to a high-performing team.
