to make a real difference in young people’s lives?
Do you thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing
environments where your curiosity, courage and confidence inspire students
every day?

Your
role:
As a Cover Supervisor at Thomas
Deacon Academy, you will lead whole classes in the absence of their regular
teacher, ensuring learning continues
seamlessly in a positive, focused and respectful environment.
You’ll work closely with teaching

You will inspire students to
engage with their learning, manage behaviour with confidence and fairness, and
foster an inclusive environment where every learner feels supported to succeed.
Building strong, positive relationships will be central to your success in this
role. Experience in an educational
setting and the ability to use ICT in learning activities are also crucial.

developed. Everything we do is guided by our core values of compassion,
