Salary: Pathway 5, £25,431 - £27,313 (FTE £31,067 - £33,366)

Your
role:
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant at
Thomas Deacon Academy Juniors, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our
pupils to overcome barriers to learning. Your curiosity and confidence will
help you assess the needs of pupils, plan and deliver engaging learning activities,
and provide valuable feedback on their progress. You will work closely with
teachers, contribute to lesson planning, and manage classroom behavior,
ensuring a positive and inclusive environment. Your compassion and courtesy
will shine through as you liaise with parents, carers, and external partners,
fostering strong relationships and supporting the holistic development of our
students. You will have experience of working with primary-aged children and hold a
HLTA qualification or a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
