Ideally, the successful candidate will have been budget holding in their current or previous role and have excellent experience in developing new processes, systems and policies whilst effectively managing a large multi-disciplinary team.
Health and Safety qualifications will also be ideal – or at least a willingness to undertake advanced level training if required.
You should be customer-focussed (internally and externally) with excellent communications and relationship-building skills, extremely detail-conscious whilst being curious enough to find out how things work currently in order to develop improvements for the future.
