Nursery. The role would include leading Key Worker group sessions, supporting
children with additional needs and planning exciting and engaging learning
opportunities to inspire our fabulous children.
The successful candidate will:
· Be enthusiastic and passionate about working with young children
· Have experience working within the EYFS, planning in the moment and demonstrates a knowledge of how to progress children’s learning through play.
· Be organised and able to manage workload.
· Have experience of working with children with SEND.
· Have a positive, caring and nurturing disposition.
· Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work as part of a team.
You will have a key group that you will be expected to provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for working alongside other experienced practitioners and under the support and guidance of Experienced Teachers.
