Job Purpose:
To drive forward the improvement of teaching and
learning, behaviour management and curriculum throughout St. Paul’s School, as
part of its leadership team. To create
strong systems and processes to inform and support outstanding practice, and
students’ progress. Working with
partners, to help to ensure students are supported according to their needs,
and to build the best possible environment for them. Experience of working with challenging pupils
in an educational setting and QTS status is an essential requirement.

This is a Term
Time Only post, subject to a 6-month probationary period and are on St Pauls
Trust pay scale and pension.
All members of staff employed by the Trust have an individual
