About this Role

About the role

We are seeking an organised, proactive and highly professional Personal Assistant to the Vice Principal (Inclusion) & SEND Administrator to provide high-level confidential administrative and organisational support within our thriving school community.

This is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of the College, supporting the Vice Principal (Inclusion), SENDCo and wider SEND team to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our inclusion provision. You will manage diaries, coordinate meetings, prepare documentation, maintain accurate student records, liaise with parents and external agencies, and provide essential administrative support that enables our students with SEND to thrive.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with exceptional organisational skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a meticulous eye for detail. You will be confident handling sensitive information with discretion, enjoy working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and be committed to delivering an outstanding service to staff, students and families.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and dedicated team, making a meaningful contribution to the educational experience and wellbeing of our students.
