We are looking to appoint a committed and highly motivated 1:1 Learning Support Assistant  to support children across all curriculum areas in our outstanding school. You will have the privilege of supporting a child through their learning journey Monday - Friday, 8.45am -3.30pm term time only. As a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant you will  motivate leaners and boost self esteem, working alongside the class teacher you will work under their direction as well as using your own initiative. You will be part of the Inclusion team which is lead by one of the Assistant Headteachers' who is passionate about inclusion across the school. 

Fairfield Park Lower School is a foward thinkng school. Located in central Bedfordshire on the Hertfordshire boarder. We provide children with a rich and exciting education which is relevant to them and which develops their skills and abilities.
