About this Role

Early Help Co-ordinator, Term Time 5 Additional Days, Monday - Friday, 8.00am until 4.00pm, 37.5 Hours Per Week

Trinity Academy has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Early Help Co-ordinator to join our student support team. This pivotal role focuses on providing proactive early intervention, welfare, and safeguarding support to students and their families, ensuring needs are identified and addressed at the earliest opportunity.

The Early Help Co-ordinator will play a key role within the school, working closely with staff, students, families, and external agencies to coordinate targeted support plans and promote positive outcomes. The successful candidate will demonstrate dedication, professionalism, and a highly organised approach, offering guidance and practical support across a range of pastoral and administrative responsibilities.

The post holder will play a key role in ensuring every student has the opportunity to succeed and thrive within a safe and supportive environment.

·         Can communicate clearly and professionally with students, families, staff, and external partners;

·         Is confident in responding to parental queries and handling sensitive information with discretion;

This is a key position within the school, requiring dedication, professionalism, and a highly organised approach to coordinating support and promoting student wellbeing.
