We are looking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team of support staff from September 2026. This is a fixed term contract until the end of the summer term 2027 in the first instance.

You will need to have:

● NVQ level 3

● a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Teaching Assistant

● Good oral, written and numeracy skills

● High expectations of all children

● The ability to enthuse and inspire children

● A commitment to improving outcomes for all children

● Knowledge about how children learn and progress

● The ability to work as part of a team

● Willingness to go the extra mile

We will shortlist on Friday 12^th June at 12pm and send invites out Monday 15^th June.

Recruitment will have two parts.

Tests (include a Maths and English test) Friday 19^th June

Interview Tuesday 23^rd June
