As
our Inclusion Lead/SENDCo, you will:
● Provide
strategic leadership for SEND and inclusion across the school
● Work closely
with teachers, support staff and leaders to ensure high-quality provision for
all pupils
● Lead and
manage interventions and oversee the effective use of support staff
● Build strong,
positive relationships with families, external professionals and the wider
community
● Lead on
statutory processes including EHCPs, provision mapping and assessments
● Champion a
culture where every child is understood, supported and able to succeed
● An
experienced SENDCo (or a teacher with SEND experience working towards the
SENDCo Award)
● Knowledgeable,
reflective and passionate about inclusive best practice
● An excellent
communicator, able to work collaboratively and build trust
● Organised and
proactive, with a strong understanding of SEND processes and statutory
requirements
● Committed to improving life chances for all children, especially the most vulnerable
