An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our innovative and collegiate teaching team at Milton Road Primary School. 

We are looking for an excellent Early Years Class Teacher with proven experience who has the knowledge and expertise to work with the EYFS CREW and exceptional EYFS leader, to develop and lead teaching and learning in Early Years and help to secure high quality provision in EYFS. 

The successful candidate will be a highly committed teacher and team player, with an understanding of the strategies required to motivate and inspire our pupils.

·         Is an excellent, experienced EYFS practitioner 

·         Has high expectations for all children and for their own practice 

·         Is kind, caring and inclusive, can see the best in children and is skilled in making adaptions so that all children succeed 

·         Is positive, solution-focused, enthusiastic, creative and adaptable 

·         Works well as part of a crew with other colleagues, children and parents, and the wider school community 

·         Is proactive and dedicated, is well-organised and efficient, and able to meet professional standards including deadlines 

Milton Road is a happy, successful, two-form entry primary school in the North of Cambridge, within walking distance of the historic City Centre.
