We are looking for a Senior Office Manager to play a pivotal
role in the leadership and smooth operation of a four form entry Primary
School. This is a unique opportunity to join and oversee the administration
teams across two school sites, contributing directly to their continued success
and growth.

Role?
Harborne Primary School is a four-form entry primary school
based on 2 sites with 840 pupils on roll: the original site dating back to 1902
at Station Road and our second site newly built in 2019 at Court Oak Road.
We are a friendly and thriving four form entry primary
school and operate from 2 sites. We also offer term time wrap around care.
The school is a place where happy pupils succeed, which
balances attainment with wider world skills acquisition and the development of
well-rounded and happy children well equipped to thrive. We have a brilliant
and cohesive staff team.
We are seeking a driven Senior Office Manager to join our
team in March 2026 or sooner. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone

What
We’re Looking For
· Proven
experience in administration, ideally within an educational setting.
· Exceptional
organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple
priorities across two school sites.
· Strong
communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with
staff, pupils, parents, and the wider community.
· Proficiency
in IT systems, with a willingness to learn school-specific platforms.
· A
proactive, solution-focused mindset and the ability to work autonomously and
collaboratively within a team.
· Willingness
to undertake First Aid, HR, and safeguarding training to enhance your role
effectiveness.
