About this Role

This post is available immediately. The hours are 11:35am - 1:20pm, Monday - Friday, term time only.

We are looking for an MSA who:

  • Is highly motivated with strong personal and professional standards, demonstrating reliability and accountability in all tasks
  • Has excellent interpersonal skills, building positive and respectful relationships with staff, pupils and visitors
  • Works effectively as part of a team, maintaining a positive work ethic and contributing to the smooth running and high standards of the school
  • Supports and helps maintain the school’s caring and nurturing ethos, ensuring the safety, welfare, and wellbeing of both pupils and staff
  • Fully committed to safeguarding, child protection, and promoting mental wellbeing across the school community

  • Well-organised with strong time management skills, able to prioritise tasks efficiently and respond proactively to the day-to-day demands of the school
