Leverhulme Community Primary School is seeking an inspirational and outstanding leader who will embrace the strengths of our school and rise to the challenges of the future, bringing drive and ambition and providing the highest standard of leadership.

We are looking for an exceptional Head Teacher who will:

·         Provide outstanding leadership, inspiring and motivating all children and staff to reach their full potential

  • Lead with integrity, clarity and an authentic sense of social moral purpose

·         Be an effective and engaging communicator, able to work in partnership with Governors and the wider school community

  • Ensure that children benefit from the highest standard of teaching and learning, to prepare them for an ever-changing world and where children are known as individuals
  • Champion inclusion - ensuring any pupils with vulnerabilities, including SEND, additional needs and those who are looked after or have been looked after is at the heart of decision making

·         Understand and ensure safeguarding is held at the heart of all decisions at Leverhulme

  • Demonstrates a commitment to professional growth — both their own and that of others
