Rowan Gate has been proudly delivering high‑quality outreach support to
mainstream Primary and Early Years settings across North Northamptonshire. Our
mission? To bridge the gap between special education and mainstream provision
by sharing exceptional practice, innovative strategies, and specialist
expertise with educational professionals.
About the Role
As a Casual /
Supply Outreach Teacher, you will work closely with our Outreach Lead to
deliver tailored, specialist support to mainstream settings. Your work will
directly help schools meet the needs of children with difficulties related to
the Communication and Interaction, and/or Cognition and
learning needs.
You will
contribute your expertise, your creativity, and your passion for inclusive
education empowering school staff and transforming outcomes for children and
young people.
We Are Looking for Someone Who Is…
A high‑quality
practitioner with excellent classroom management and a strong background
working with pupils who have Special Educational Needs. Someone who is
motivated by making education accessible, meaningful and achievable for all.
