About the Role
The purpose of this role is to inspire and support learners by creating personalised learning opportunities that are firmly focused on their individual destinations. You will play a key role in developing learners’ independence, confidence, and employability skills, empowering them to progress successfully into further learning or employment.
About You
· You will have experience supporting learners with additional needs, including SEND or those who have gaps in their education due to individual circumstances.
·
You will be confident in delivering Functional
Skills Maths in a way that is engaging, accessible, and relevant to everyday
life.
·
You will hold a recognised teaching
qualification, such as a PGCE, DTTLS, or Certificate in Education.
·
You will have achieved GCSE English and Maths at
grades A*–C (or equivalent).
·
You will have practical experience of
safeguarding and understand how to keep learners safe within an educational or
support setting.
