· Plan and deliver inclusive, engaging lessons that meet learners’ needs and encourage independence
· Create a safe, supportive environment that promotes positive behaviour, respect and confidence
· Assess progress, give clear feedback, and keep accurate records to support learner achievement
· Work with colleagues and partners to remove barriers and support literacy, language and numeracy development
· Promote progression, helping learners build skills for everyday life, further study and employment

About You

· Experience teaching learners with additional needs, including SEND or disrupted education
· Experience delivering Functional Skills maths
· Teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, CertEd, or equivalent)
· GCSE English and maths (grade C/4 or above) or equivalent
