· -Support tutors by working with individual students or small groups to
help them engage and progress
· -Help identify learners’ starting points and goals, and contribute to
planning tailored study programmes
· -Provide feedback on progress and challenges, keeping accurate records
and student information up to date
· -Prepare learning materials and support safe, well-planned activities,
including off-site visits
· -Promote college values and support students to build skills for
independence, employment and achieving their targets
About You
· -Experience working with young people in
education, training, or similar settings
· -GCSE English and maths (grade C/4 or above) or
equivalent (please include in your application)
· -Confident IT skills and experience using digital
systems
