Plan and deliver engaging Music Production lessons that help every learner develop their skills, confidence and achieve their goals in a supportive and inclusive environment.
· Assess learner progress fairly, provide clear and constructive feedback,
and keep accurate records to support achievement and continuous improvement.
· Work closely with colleagues and support teams to meet individual
learner needs, promote positive behaviour, and encourage progression into
further study or employment.
· Create a safe, respectful and inspiring learning environment, making the
best use of industry-standard resources and technology.
· Continue to develop your own professional practice while contributing to
the quality of teaching, learning and the wider success of the Arts and Media
team.
About You
· Experience working in
the Music Production industry.
· Level 3 qualification
(or above) in a relevant subject.
· A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
