This is not an exams specialist role. We are seeking an
inspiring people leader with a proven track record of developing
high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and creating a positive,
collaborative culture.
As Operations Manager, you will lead, develop, and support
the College's Exams team, ensuring the delivery of a professional, responsive,
and customer-focused service to students, staff, and external stakeholders.
Working closely with colleagues across the College, you will build strong
relationships, champion continuous improvement, and help shape the future of
the service.
Previous examinations experience is not required. The
successful candidate will work alongside an experienced Exams Specialist
Consultant for a significant period, receiving dedicated support and mentoring
while developing the specialist knowledge needed for the role. This allows you
to focus on leading the team from day one while building your understanding of
the examinations landscape.
