As a Learning Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, targeted in-class and online support for learners across the campus. You will lead and develop Learning Support Assistants, oversee performance processes, and collaborate closely with curriculum teams to ensure support is consistent, effective, and tailored to learner needs.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating EHCP activity, maintaining accurate learner support records, and contributing to robust reviews that drive continuous improvement. You will also support transitions, deliver staff training, and participate in wider College events, helping to foster an inclusive environment where every learner can thrive. Through strong collaboration and a commitment to excellence, you will actively contribute to departmental growth and the College’s strategic priorities.
