Your responsibilities will include coordinating EHCP activity, maintaining accurate learner support records, and contributing to robust reviews that drive continuous improvement. You will also support transitions, deliver staff training, and participate in wider College events, helping to foster an inclusive environment where every learner can thrive. Through strong collaboration and a commitment to excellence, you will actively contribute to departmental growth and the College’s strategic priorities.

About You

  • Confident in coordinating or managing staff, including conducting appraisals.
  • Skilled in delivering staff training across different formats.
  • HND, degree, professional qualification, or equivalent relevant experience.
