As the first point of contact for the College, you'll provide
a warm, professional welcome to students, staff, visitors and contractors,
helping create a safe, friendly and well-organised environment. You'll support
the day-to-day running of Reception by managing enquiries, maintaining accurate
records and providing administrative support to the Estates team. You'll also
help coordinate site services, respond to emergencies, and ensure College
procedures are followed to keep everyone safe. As Duty Manager when required,
you'll make informed decisions, coordinate responses to incidents, and work
closely with colleagues and external agencies to support the smooth and safe
operation of the campus.
