About this Role

We are recruiting beauty professionals to join our Hair and Beauty team and welcome applications from both experienced, qualified lecturers or industry specialists looking to move into teaching.

In this role, you’ll plan and deliver engaging lessons that support every learner and create a positive, inclusive classroom environment. You’ll use a variety of teaching methods and resources, including new technologies, to build skills and knowledge. You’ll assess learning fairly and consistently, involving students in the process and keeping accurate records of their progress. You’ll reflect on your practice, share good ideas with colleagues, and continue developing your professional skills. You’ll also guide learners towards future opportunities and provide support that helps them succeed.

 About You

You will have:

  • Recent industry experience in the beauty sector.  
  • Qualified to Level 3 Beauty 
  • PGCE or DTTLS or Certificate in Education (or willingness to complete).
