In this role, you will support learners under the guidance of the Learning Support team, helping them progress and build confidence across a variety of learning environments. You will maintain accurate records, use ProMonitor effectively, and share key information with staff, families, and external partners. Supporting learners’ transitions into college, you will follow their support plans, EHCPs, and profiles to guide your practice. You will promote independence, explore effective learning strategies, and actively contribute to team meetings, training, and wider college events. You will also adhere to SEND guidance, safeguarding requirements, and college standards to ensure every learner receives high-quality, consistent support.
