About this Role
In this role, you’ll inspire and engage learners across practical, theory, and salon sessions, creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment. You’ll use creative teaching methods and technology to build skills and confidence, assess progress fairly, and support students in achieving their goals. You’ll collaborate with colleagues, share best practice, and continue developing your own professional expertise, helping learners explore future opportunities and succeed in the beauty industry.
You will have:
- Recent industry experience in the beauty sector.
- Qualified to Level 3 Beauty
- PGCE or DTTLS or Certificate in Education (or willingness to complete).
Please
note that the successful candidate would be expected to complete a Level 3
Teaching qualification within their first year of employment if they do not
already have this qualification.
