This rewarding role places you at the heart of the applicant journey, providing clear advice, friendly guidance, and accurate information from first enquiry through to final decision. You’ll manage your own portfolio of courses and applicants, working closely with academic teams to ensure a fair and seamless experience. Alongside coordinating events and outreach, resolving queries, and maintaining high-quality data, you’ll contribute to process improvements, support team development, use a range of IT systems, and proudly represent the College at open events.
