In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll deliver a professional and friendly service to students, visitors and staff, handling enquiries by phone, in person and online, and ensuring each query is accurately triaged to the right team. You’ll administer student financial support in line with funding regulations, maintain accurate records using college systems, and take ownership of key processes to ensure an efficient and high-quality service. Working closely with mentors, employment coaches and the mental health team, you’ll promote and signpost support services, assist with enrolment and open events, build strong relationships with academic departments, and contribute to the continuous improvement of Student Support, making a real difference to the student experience every day.
