About this Role
Build strong partnerships with employers, industry bodies and
stakeholders to ensure our digital provision reflects current and future
industry needs. Working closely with curriculum teams and partners, you'll help
shape programmes, create opportunities for learners and support skills
development across the region.
You'll connect employers with learners through industry placements, projects, events and career opportunities, helping to create clear pathways into apprenticeships and employment. You'll also support workforce development initiatives and represent the TEC through employer forums, networking events and collaborative activities.
About You
- Significant experience working within the digital,
technology, cyber, AI, cloud or IT sector.
- Proven track record in strategic account management, partner
management, business development or enterprise sales.
- Experience working for a major technology employer or
technology-driven organisation.
- Experience of teaching, training, coaching or workforce
development, with the ability to translate employer needs into learning and
skills programmes.
- Strong technical knowledge and credibility in one or more of
the following: Cyber Security, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Technologies,
Software Development, Data Analytics or Digital Infrastructure.
