About this Role

St John Rigby College is seeking an exceptional candidate to support the HR Manager to deliver a proactive, efficient and high-quality HR service. The post holder will undertake a range of HR activities, namely coordination of recruitment and selection processes, undertaking Safer Recruitment pre-employment checks, employee data management and reporting, supporting the HR Manager with ER issues and management and staff queries, managing requests and ensuring compliance in relation to various policies and procedures, liaising with Payroll, and supporting cyclical HR activity.

 This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who wants to grow, develop their skills and progress within a supportive environment.
