About this Role

This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join the Marketing and Partnerships team at St John Rigby College at a key point in our development.

The Partnerships & Insight Officer plays a central role in shaping, coordinating and evaluating the College’s school’s engagement and recruitment activity. The role combines outward-facing partnerships with a strong focus on data, digital tools, reporting and insight, ensuring that engagement activity is well planned, well delivered and clearly linked to impact across the student journey.

The postholder will spend time out in schools and at engagement events, representing the College and building strong relationships, as well as working on-site to manage the school’s liaison calendar, coordinate and document activity across the team and analyse the effectiveness of engagement activity.

A key element of the role is understanding how engagement activity influences prospective student behaviour across events and touchpoints, including repeat engagement, expressions of interest, applications and progression through the recruitment cycle.

We are looking for someone with pace, energy and ambition, who is confident working with data and technology, enjoys working with people, and is motivated by creating engaging, high-impact experiences that place the student experience at the centre of everything we do.

At SJR we value work-life balance and the well-being of our employees and will endeavour to support flexible working arrangements where possible, whilst ensuring the operational needs of the College are met. Term time hours will be considered.

We promote equality of opportunity and embrace diversity. The College is accredited as a Disability Confident Employer and is an accredited member of the Greater Manchester Good Employment Charter.

For further details about the college please visit our website www.sjr.ac.uk or contact the HR Department on HR@sjr.ac.uk. For an informal discussion about the role please contact Laura Murphy at laura.murphy@sjr.ac.uk. PLEASE NOTE WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CLOSE THIS VACANCY EARLY IF WE RECEIVE SUFFICIENT APPLICATIONS

The College is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people and vulnerable adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.  All appointments will be subject to pre-employment checks, including an enhanced DBS check and online searches.
