The postholder will support the planning, logistics coordination and delivery of major college events (Open Days, Taster Days, Year 10 Days, Interview Evenings, etc.) and deputise as required. You will organise transport and catering for all large college events and trips. You will support the Strategic Manager for Schools Liaison and Marketing with the planning, preparation and implementation of all Schools Liaison events such as assembly presentations, careers fairs, mock interviews, parents’ evenings, and other Post–16 events at high schools.

In addition, this role involves attending and contributing to halftermly Enabling Department Head meetings, providing guidance to SMT, CMT and staff regarding cross college events and initiatives, and developing and maintaining strong relationships with secondary schools as a liaison officer.

For example, staff can access counselling services, chaplaincy support, and the employee assistance programme". Loreto strives for excellence in staff and students alike, ensuring "Students benefit from an inclusive learning environment that celebrates their individual contributions to the college.”

Loreto Sixth Form College is committed to safeguarding children and young people.
