The College is looking to appoint a highly
organised, enthusiastic and proactive Personal Assistant to Senior Leadership
Team to provide high quality administrative support to the Deputy Principal,
Vice Principals for Curriculum & Quality, Planning & Resources, and
Student Services. In this role you will support the Senior Leadership Team in
all aspects of their work; this requires high attention to detail, the ability
to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously and respond accordingly to a change
in priorities.
You will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial assistance to the Senior Leadership Team, this will include managing their diaries, arranging and minuting meetings as well as managing all correspondence. You will also, when needed, support the wider Senior Management Team and act as the main point of contact in the administration of college Trips & Visits.
As the Personal Assistant to the Senior Leadership Team, you will work closely with the Senior Management, College Management and Pastoral and Curriculum Teams. You will be expected to use your own initiative when appropriate, seek advice when necessary and maintain the strictest level of confidentiality at all times.
Reporting to the Personal Assistant to the Principal, the Personal Assistant to Senior Leadership Team will be one of the first points of contact for students, staff and visitors and as such should uphold the college’s ethos and values.
