We are seeking a talented, passionate, and committed Alternative Provision (AP) Support Worker to join our outstanding team at Stevenage Education Support Centre (SESC).

- Support students to engage, attend, and succeed in their personalised programmes
- Play a vital role in safeguarding, pastoral support, and student wellbeing
- Build strong relationships with students, families, and external partners
- Monitor attendance, engagement, and progress, contributing to high-quality outcomes
This is a highly rewarding role for someone who is flexible, resilient, and committed to making a difference.
