· Ideally have experience of working with reception/early years age children
· Be passionate about children’s learning and every child achieving their potential
· Have lots of energy, enthusiasm and patience
· Be flexible and able to work well within a team
· Have experience of working with children from a range of different backgrounds
· Have a sense of humour.
