Job Title: Receptionist

Responsible to: Operations & Strategic Director

Start Date:  June 2026

About the Role

Key Duties Include:

• Act as the welcoming first point of contact for parents, pupils, staff and visitors.
• Provide an efficient and professional reception and telephone service.
• Ensure visitor sign‑in procedures and safeguarding requirements are followed at all times.
• Deliver high‑quality administrative support, including preparing correspondence and distributing school communications.
• Support pupil welfare, including basic first aid and attendance administration.
• Assist with the smooth running of the school day, including emergency procedures, mail distribution and general office tasks.
• Contribute positively to the school community by upholding the school’s values and ethos.
