Phoenix Park Academy and Sevenhills Academy are alternative provision academies in North East Lincolnshire and proud members of Wellspring Academy Trust. We are seeking a dedicated Inclusion Support Worker to deliver targeted physical activity and sport interventions, while supporting the delivery of our PE curriculum so that every student can actively participate, build confidence, and develop their SEMH skills.

Your role will require you to:
Provide children with a ‘secure base’ in school by:
helping them to regulate their emotions
modelling the role of a trusting adult
supporting them to form and maintain trusting relationships with others
maintaining a calm and consistent approach and asserting appropriate boundaries
encouraging children to reflect on what goes wrong but not in a way that induces shame.
