The Role
The Cat Club Lead Supervisor has overall responsibility for
the smooth day‑to‑day running of the provision, including staff supervision,
activity planning, safeguarding, health and safety, and communication with
parents and colleagues. The role involves leading creative and age‑appropriate
activities, with particular awareness of the needs of early years pupils.

Training and Safeguarding

All staff are required to undertake Child Protection and Safeguarding
training, Prevent Duty training, First Aid training, and a basic
