Avalon School
are seeking to appoint a Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join the
existing office team. They will need to be motivated, organised, and reliable
as well as being an excellent team player with a great sense of
humour. The post holder will be involved in assisting with the day-to-day
administrative duties involved in working in a busy school office. This
position is part time working 3 days a week, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday
8.30am-4.00pm term time plus INSET days.
This is a grade 15 position- £11,677- £ 11,861 approximate annual gross
salary (depending on experience)
Avalon School is a Specialist School for students aged 11-19 situated in the town of Street. The successful candidate will be someone with a good range of IT skills and a sound knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel, Word and Outlook. Experience in school MIS systems would be an advantage as would experience of working in a busy school-based office but this is not essential.
